Holdings. Following the restructuring of the ZimRe Group
of Companies Zimbabwe Reinsurance Company Limited was incorporated
in year 2002 with its own management and Board of Directors. ZimRe
Reinsurance Company is the Reinsurance Division of the ZimRe Group
of Companies.
