The major objectives of this department are to settle claims timeously
and equitably; resolve disputes to the satisfaction of all concerned
and ensure maximum possible recoveries.
We are committed to serving all our valued clients and we will
guarantee quick turn-around time in all our dealings.
We handle all short-term reinsurance claims for the following classes
- fire, motor, engineering, aviation, marine and miscellaneous accident.
We are also responsible for both facultative and treaty claims.
