The Life Reinsurance Division started operating in 1995 and has
become the leading Facultative Life Reinsurer in Zimbabwe and has
spread its wings into select markets in Africa.
Products and Services
Our core business is traditional life reinsurance. In the few
years we have been in operation we have become the number one facultative
life reinsurer in Zimbabwe. We have the capacity and the expertise
to solve most problems associated with sub-standard, impaired risks
and jumbo risks.
Responsiveness
We draw our strength from a highly trained team, which has received
international training. We also have a great team of Consultant
Medical Doctors many of whom have more than 10 years of Insurance
medicine expertise.
External Knowledge
The divison has embarked on regional expansion and is writing
facultative business in selected markets in Africa. We use the skills
and experience we gain in each new market to refine our facultative
underwriting process. In time we will make available to all our
clients in the countries that we operate the extensive knowledge
gained in each market.
